The evening-only restaurant features an inventive and robust menu of rustic favorites inspired by the cuisine of Italy, Spain and France.
Leading the resort’s culinary team is Chris Brown, Starr Pass’ Executive Chef. Brown now brings more than 13 years of major resort and hotel experience to the stunning Starr Pass property in Tucson. Brown continues the resort’s fine culinary tradition and brings his personal style to Starr Pass.
Both chefs utilize the resort’s on-site, organic chef’s garden, which produces fresh flavorful herbs and vegetables. They also work with local growers and farmers to ensure the freshest ingredients are used in every menu entry.

A dramatic stone reception area and spiral staircase set the stage for the spa's signature three-story saguaro cactus sculpture rising from the ground floor pool below. The facility includes a fitness center, whirlpool, steam room and sauna, pool and a movement studio that features a large outdoor terrace. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the spa's private pool.
